Horrible service! Nicks sells equipment not needed then says sorry not sorry. Never again. Sold me a battery due to dimming head lights only to find out after i picked my car up & left they turned my amp down to make it appear my problem was fixed. Nick said he'd make it right but continued to give me the run around, said no refunds, cussed me out at his store & threatened to call the police if i dont leave.

Matt at Nick's helped me out in a pinch. My alarm system was going all wacky and I was afraid it was going to run down my battery if something wasn't done about it. Matt took the time out of a busy schedule, when no one else would, to at least take the alarm system out of my car. I appreciate his effort in helping out a lady in distress. Thank You!
