Provided by YP.comAfter an hour of bugging me I finally bought the Kirby from them. It wasn't until after I used it I found the handle was missing the top hook for wrapping the cord...and that holds the handle on! Wrote Kirby and they said talk to Live Clean. I wish I could but they never call back and ignore calls and never answer calls. Wrote them up to Kirby and now I'm calling my lawyer.
