This was the absolute worst furniture buying experience of my life. When my husband and I first walked in the store the salespeople actually ignored us, my husband told me he wanted to leave because he didn’t have a good feeling about the establishment. I should have listened, but I was determined to get a princess bed set for my daughter. Our salesman was very rude and kept walking off and talking to other customers while we were in the process of purchasing our set, we felt very unimportant. While I was checking out there was a man arguing with the manager saying that he had a receipt for a mattress that was never delivered to him and the manager was saying the receipt was fake and they have no record of a mattress being on the purchase. My gut told me I should leave, but I made the purchases anyway. The furniture was delivered. After it was set up I noticed several dents, paint scratches and peeling on every single wood piece. I showed this to the delivery men who informed me that this is how most of their furniture looks because they don’t cover of protect any of the furniture, they took the pieces away and said to call the manager for new furniture. I called the manager very upset about my daughters furniture and hearing that most of their furniture is damaged and very concerned about the new pieces not being damaged as well. I spoke with Jake and he was very very rude, he did not apologize for the pieces being damaged or the inconvenience it caused, and when I shared my concern about the new pieces being damage because of what the deliverymen said, he said they were lying and he had heard none of the complaints that these men say they hear daily. I asked him if he could actually look at the new pieces to make sure their was no damage, and he said that wasn’t apart of his job and he would have the warehouse men look at the pieces and he guaranteed no further damage. Well the new bedroom furniture came in, and every single piece has damage. I am beyond heated. I bought this for my daughter thinking this would last many years to come; I would be shocked if the furniture held up a year or two. I feel horrible about my purchase, because I know it’s just money down the drain. I am so happy I did not purchase my sons furniture here. His furniture was delivered the same day with absolutely no damage and the manager of that store actually called to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. The manger from this store who I talked with several times who guaranteed my furniture would be perfect, never ever called to make sure the furniture was not damaged. I will never shop here again, the customer service is horrendous and the quality of the furniture is even worst.
