I GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS!! Since the first day this place has opened they have done nothing but mess up every order that comes their way. Ontop of finding a huge hunk of black wadded up hair in my cheese, my family and friends have had a hundred other things show up in their food.

On nights when theres nothing else open, I sometimes give this place on 74th and may a chance, because I love other jack-nthe-boxes. Today I ordered a hot mess burger fries, a drink and a order of hot mess wedges. I came home with two jumbo jacks a drink, and some curly fries. Ontop of this messed up order, I was told to give the wrong change (they didn't notice someone drove off b4 me((probly more pissed than me))) So after I sort that out, they made me try my drink to see if it was the right one...... So I call to complain, and you know what the manager does? Tells me it's not his problem. The manager on duty is oriental. The lady at the window is black with braided pigtails. Both these people (do not know names) should not be working there. They have just royally shown me how incompetent they are.



I would like to add that these same people once had a clear window infront of the cooking section. After months and months of being open they had to cover the windows with frosted glass. This is so the people in the drive-in don't see the gross cooking conditions and drive off. I go to jack and the boxes all the time, THIS one on 74th is special. The kind of special you kill in a fire so it doesn't reproduce.
