When a person walks in the door high and yelling you lost my respect. Besides how can we owe you $2000 if you paid $1675 for all components and we gave you $450.00 in credit plus some $600.00 speakers and all you returned was a $800.00 alarm? Oh you forgot to mention the subs we gave you. Insurance fraud is punishable by law.

I made a purchase for Car Audio Equipment from a Small Business name Imperial Car Audio off SW 89th in Walker. The total cost was $1675.00. The items purchased was a Car Stereo, Alarm, 10" TV head rest for the two back seats.. this purchase was made within the last few months, since the purchase they have had to replace my stereo 4 times, my car got broken into and they installed bad shock sensors and alarm never went off. They stole my work laptop, tools, clothes, wallet, CD's, Radar Detector and busted out my window. yesterday the alarm is causing my gauges on my display to not work, so now i can't see gas, mileage, rpms, hot or cold.. ETC.. Gary the GM when i checked a month back or so i had him check on plastic center pieces for my wheels and asked for a price. Without asking me he ordered them. Which i didn't have a problem with because i wanted them and it's only a $100 bucks.. today when i went to the shop to drop off my car because it's supposed to be under a year warranty on their equipment and their work.. and was directed to take my car up there.. The owner Hector throws the pieces to wheels on the counter and say's he's not repairing nothing until i give him a $100 bucks.. I requested they take everything out of my car and give me my money back and he said no.. in store credit only.. However they only gave me $450 dollar in store credit for a $800 ALARM.. COMPLETE RIP OFF"S .. I told him that 6 trips up there to have 2k dollars worth of faulty equipment replaced and my car getting broken into and losing 2k dollars worth of items including my wallet and personal identity, checks, etc.. stolen because of their installs and the equipment they back i wanted my money. They still refuse to give me my money back.. I WOULD DEFF NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
