They misdiagnosed my truck and sold me an air compressor that was not the problem.

these guys r a joke. Over priced labor and parts, theyre not honest and the owner just likes 2 waste your time. Heads up for anyone even thinking bout using this shop. This place is crap.

The shop owner is very uneducated and very rude. Basically the same situation happened as the previous bad review. He told me it would take him one day to fix something simple he gave me an estimate of $700 and let me know he could get it fixed in a day. Five days later we go pick up the truck and he hands us a $5,000 bill. I ask him why it was so much he yelled and treated me like I wasn't worth his time. Never recommending this place to anyone. Don't waste your time here there are plenty of other places to go where you will get treated with respect for a decent price.

Save your self a headache dealing with the owner of the shop.

My experience with them is unbelievable....

I towed one of our truck to them, they found a broken actuator bolts....he's verbal estimate was: we need to replace engine head, head gasket, new bolts, with labor will cost you $12,000-$13,000. I'm OK please fax me estimate with all breakdowns, hes estimate was $9,900

I did consult with few mechanics, their advice was don't do it Its a ripoff, take it to a different shop, OK, I'm from Michigan...I decided to get to Oklahoma City to handle this situation in person not over the phone...When I get there at 11:20am, only 1 guy there...trying to explain him why I'm here....he's like, oh, you need to call Ron to this ph #...OK I call him, explain him that I'm at his shop and like to see the issues.....he's answer was I will be there sometimes this afternoon.......I'm waiting til 3:00pm and call him again....he's answer was I will be there in 2 hrs......OK...I decided to call Police.....police show up and explain him the situation.....Police call him and requested to be here in less than 1 hr.

When he shows up , nervous, slamming all doors, swearing, like a mentally ill person... Then he's like I told you what's the problem...I like to see it....I look at it, there is NO DAMAGE to the engine head......I'm like I want to tow the truck to a different shop...ok, now you have to pay storage....ok, so I did.

Here are few reasons why you should not consider this shop:

1. Shop is in very bad location, if your truck will be stored outside will have break in's, stealing everything inside of the truck including fuel, like on my, low class area.

2. They don't have tools to do the job.

3. Shop is dirty, miserable, no office, no waiting room, no heat, no bathroom, no light, they had to open up the door to show me the issues so I can see inside.

4. Ripping you off on prices, overpriced parts, labor, towing, as they charged me.

5. Bad communication, can't find them to the shop during business hrs.

6. They don't have work force.......no mechanics to do the job....

7. Can't trust them

Federal (DOT) should investigate this shop.

Give great service, the mechanics are very fast and knowledgable. Would reccomend to call these guys first. When you're from out of town it's hard to know where to turn, this place is very honest.

I am very pleased with the service I recieved from the truck doctor. The mechanic is the most skilled in the city, he is very friendly and he will go above and beyond for you.

My truck broke down, and I took it to these guys, and they treated me really well. They were quick, and did some things extra that they didn't even charge me for. If I wasn't moving out of state, I'd be taking all my truck work to them.
