The manager is so rude. After seeing a post on fb about needing someone to start working that day, I called many times to fill the position. My phone was very damaged, so it called her more times than I thought. I, however thought there was a reception desk, so I was just trying to get a Hold of someone. She then answered her phone yelling, and calling me a pest. She is far too aggressive, and doesnt know how to work with people. It honestly doesn't even deserve 1 star. I've never been there, and just that over the phone experience makes me never want to visit.

Poor fencing. Workers change every few weeks.
Dishonest and hard to work with.
Would never recommend

This is a wonderful place to board a horse, the people are friendly and helpful, the care very good. If I ever needed to board again I would not hesitate to take my horse and my business back to Bridlewood.

I was at Bridlewood this weekend. What a nice facility and a great place to ride. The CT show was great! Thanks for supporting our sport. Because of the local "gossip" regarding the numerous "slams" to Bridlewood by anonymous posts on several web sites, I was curious. All of the horses on Bridlewood's premise were fat, stalls were clean and large, 2 stall helpers were woking and friendly. Hay feeders were full as "Carol" had said. There were several boarders at the show and most had been with Bridlewood since they opened. If I didn't have my property, I would be there. The horse world is small. Local horsemen know this "slander to Bridlewood" is coming from a "new to horses" who is trying to become a new boarding stable by dirt balling other facilities. Spend 5 minutes with "ditz blonde" and realize she has no business running a stable or her apartment manager who has less knowledge of horses. Go back east Cavella, Oklahoman's know horses, and don't do business this way.

I have been a boarder at Bridlewood for over a year now and I can say without hesitation that I love this place. We have a great group of boarders that all get along. Our horses are VERY well taken care of . We know who the negative reviewer is and very glad she is gone as she was nothing but a trouble maker. The horse's bin' are stuffed full of hay twice a day. The grounds are very beautiful .The help is excellent and we have no problem communicating with them. I would put them up against any worker at any barn. They are polite, helpful and take excellent care of our horses and grounds. We have a diverse group at our barn with everything from the pleasure rider to show horses, from English to Western and lot's of space to accommodate all. We have great trainers for both. The best way to rate this facility is come see for yourself, walk down the isle and look into any stall and you will see which review is truthful.I will sign my name, ask negative to do the same. This is a horrible place. My horses were not fed, there was VERY little hay given. The grounds were not kept well at all. The owner promised so much and did not diliver!! Horses were hurt becuase of the lack of supervision. None of the help spoke English. My horses had their blankets left on and other borders had to remove them, becuase the horses were sweating so much. They ran out of water on a regular basis, and the owner did nothing to change it. We left and we are so happy at our new location.
