I had talked with the floral designer almost 2 months before my wedding and placed an order, I asked did I need to pay up front and he did said it wasn't necessary, I spoke to the man a month later and reconfirmed my order, now 1 week before my wedding I called about finding out the price of the order and he told me he has already booked other events and blamed me for not paying up front. Tried to support a Black owned business but was back stabbed.
