Greg Brown @ 1st Choice Home Solutions Will take your money, not do the work, lies constantly saying he will come, and doesn't show up. Tore out the walls, sheet rock, and double ovens, put 1 coat of paint on kitchen cabinets and painted the floor, light switches, dishes, and bedroom carpet. Sealed off entrances to my kitchen and left..has not returned. It's been weeks. Tried to give him the opportunity to return multiple times and he does not care..he'll offer extras and won't provide anything, then will try to charge you for materials he doesn't even purchase, or things he said would be no extra cost to install. Also, has multiple excuses for not coming. Doesn't start the job when agreed, and has left me with a mess right before the holidays, and took the only money I had to do the job...now I have a messed up kitchen, floors, and no ovens for the holidays..I am a single mom and I hope he doesn't do this to anyone else..now we will have to go legal, and when I advised him I would if he didn't come back out, he still did not come back.
