I called the company to tell him that one of the drivers was using a handheld cell phone without the Bluetooth driving down the road on the interstate 64 and fixing to come into construction and they did not have much to say about it all they had to say was at the his blue through most of malfunction which I thought he could probably pull off to the side of the road and take the phone call since he stated it was emergency phone call. But they wasn't too worried about him not using the Bluetooth which I thought it was against the law for commercial driver to be driving down the road using a handheld cell phone without the Bluetooth
