Do Not Go There..........I went in to the location at Newgate Mall and bought one of their lifetime warrantee screen covers. Or so I thought. When I purchased the cover the salesman said that it was lifetime waranteed. He even went further to tell me that if I get a new phone all I would have to do is bring in the old phone with the screen and my receipt and my new phone and they will put on a new one. I had to get a new phone, so I headed down to get my new cover. I had to wait for ten minutes before someone even was in the store, then he was unprofessional at the very least. Then the icing on the cake was when he told me I do not have a warrantee as my phone is different than the first one. I told him what I was told on my original visit and all he could say was "Nothing I can do". I contacted their corporate office and told them about the un professionalism and deceptive practices their location showed, and after a week, all I got was what I was told at the second visit and sorry you had to wait. Not one word mentioning the problem and the deceptive business practices. I will be contacting the BBB which by the way they have multiple complaints for, as well as an attorney as it seems their intentional business practices have tonot just happened me.
