They Get the job done right!

I will never do business with anyone who is so ignorant and selfish as this company. Very inconsiderate of customers and businesses surrounding their location. Extremely rude and ignorant to the delivery drivers that do business to the surrounding area. My advice is to take your business elsewhere.

Love, love, love my new quartz countertops from Smith Stone! Their work is awesome, their product beautiful, and their price was 1/3 less than the next nearest competitor. Sending all my friends to Smith Stone for granite or quartz!!

I think the review from geoge was frabracator by another company. I have really enjoyed my counter tops... They do stand by there work and do an enceptional job....Don't listen to someone named George...If you want a job done then have smith stone do the job...........

very dissapointed with its work the seam was very bad above dishwasher came off in a month of installation, they change the price we agreed to pay, it took a week later from the date they supposed to install i HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO THE REPAIR !!!

Our installer was professional and curteous. We received the best pricing and every option was explained to us perfectly. I can barely see the joint in my kitchen and I love my full backsplash. Thanks again!

Smiths job was very poor. He added on pricing as the job dragged on and on .outside corners were off by nearly an lnch,back splash left undone and tops un buffed. Overall poor job and very unprofessional .

Dear "Marty" - Kristy, We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our call backs. The fact is, there were so many calls to come "change" tile, grout, etc. that you had intitally picked out yourself, we found it very difficult to satisfy you. When we did respond, we had to wait on you to pick out and then change your mind several times on colors, etc., after we had initially spent hours on labor to do the job. Had you decided on a tile and grout color and stuck with it, we would have gladly finished your job on time and would not have needed to come back several times.

I had a great experience with Smith Stone, they had great prices, and always on time. Never had one problem with his workmanship, time frame, and would gladly do business with again. I will refer everyone I know to Mike!!!

We were very disappointed in customer service. The initial service was good but then we could never get ahold of him for to finish our job you would leave a voicemail and never get called back. The granite looks good but the poor customer service was not worth it.
