I have heard that chances are slim getting into the Teamsters Union because they get rid of employees before there probation period is up.is this true? And do new employee work every weekend, never having a weekend off because of no seniority?

I was there 1/22/2015, and I got there at 2100 and my appointment was at 2250. I check in and told me to fill out the paper work with my cell number my nam truck number company numberand then to pick loading or unloading yes or no;And I left itthe loading black. The cluck she didn't tell me nothing she just told me to go to the dock 346 and they unloaded the truck around 0030. When I got back to the clue she said to go to the frunt desk and they said they have my my paper work and I can't leave until I pay $75. And in the 25 years working as a truck driver I have never had to pay for unloading. And they didn't tell me before that I had to pay for that.
