I bought a hallmark ormament for my grandson just before Christmas he got the same thing for Saint Nick'so I went to return it and they wouldnt take it back. They said that was there policy. I asked where the policy was and why wasn't I told when I bought the ornament. Then she pulled out a paper from the side of the cash register that no one could have ever seen. She would not return the ornament. It was an $18.00 ornament. I'm a senior citizen and couldn't afford to lose that money. So dont ever buy an hallmark ornament from this store if you may think you return it you can't
