I thought my car was totaled after I hit a deer and was pretty sure my car would never look the same. After Duston & Roberts fixed my car, it looked better than the day I bought it! I was extremely happy with the outcome. All the scratches, dents, and scrapes were gone and they matched the paint perfectly, which is hard to do being that it was a 10 year old silver colored car. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Someone recently backed into my vehicle while in my work parking lot who carries insurance with Geico.



At first I was told by a rep that I had to go drive out to a local business to get an estimate on fixing my car and I hated the idea of that because people are normally rude and feel as if I owe them a favor when I'm in their office.



To my surprise, I was contacted by someone letting me know a rental will be waiting upon my arrival for our meeting.



When I got to the office, the entire staff was very nice and made me feel right at home!!! We joked a bit about me not having geico and a gentleman mentioned I should look into it (with no sales pitch or pressure)



I drove the rental for several days and was not inconvenienced by not having my own vehicle at all.



I did go to pick up my car today and let me tell you... IT LOOKED BETTER TODAY THAN THE DAY I BOUGHT IT!!! They took care of my car, cleaned it, washed it, made it sparkle and it made me feel MUCH better than my insurance company has ever made me feel!!!



While driving to work in my freshly rejuvenated car, I called geico, gave them the offer code and switched my insurance in a heartbeat! Although I am actually paying MORE the service and experience I received was outstanding!

Awesome! I was impressed with Duston and Roberts from the time I entered their doors. I was greeted and an assessment was done of the damage to my car right away. Got my rental car and was on my way. Came back 2 days later to find an IMMACULATELY cleaned car and the repairs were unbelievable. It looked like a new car. Everyone there went above and beyond my expectations. If you unfortunately get into an accident and your car needs fixed, don't sweat it, bring your car to Duston and Roberts. It's the ONLY place to take your vehicle in Central Florida!

I have had two vehicles worked on in this shop and both turned out great. I especially enjoyed the service Geico provided, with the enterprise rental car service being right there. Defiantly would recommend them to anyone looking for a great auto repair shop.

I have brought my 530I AND 650i to this repair shop. This body shop is not only cleaner then most office buildings,the work and customer service is outstanding!!!!!!!

The shop worked directly with the insurance company and finished the repairs PERFECTLY and quickly!!!!!! If your not in the area of this shop and if you want your car fixed correctly after an accident,its worth the trip!
