Understaffed and the lazy cnas never respond to the patients lights. My mom was supoose to get physical therapy but did not get it regularly due to limited staff best believe she was still charged though. Patients left in soiled undergarments for 2 or more hours daily! This place is horrible dont send your loved ones here unless you hate them.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!! They don't take care of them. They don't get them dressed, brush their teeth. They are neglected there!!!!

I knew that during my time at Ocoee I could approach any staff member with any concern or question I had. They always addressed things professionally and quickly.

I really like the types of therapy they offer here. The PT department does an amazing job.

With knee replacement rehab they do a good job!
