I purchased an item from them through Amazon. The package never arrived and they refused to replace it unless I had another address to send it to! I do not. "Renata" finally consented and I expected to receive it...but again, did not. I E-mailed her 2-3 times through Amazon and only after I put in a claim, she called to say they had just gotten the product in from France and asked if I still wanted it! I asked her why she did not answer my E-Mails. She lied and said she never received them when they are clearly on Amazon's site! When Amazon's CS Rep called her to discover what her problem was, she actually lied and told them she didn't have the product when that was the very reason for her phone call to me! Amazon told me she refused to issue a refund, but my claim will be honored by Amazon and this business will not be keeping my $$$ or selling on Amazon for long! Be very, very wary of them. They are inept, have a horrific attitude & NO customer service. Stay clear of them!
