I had a great experience. The doctor listened to my concerns and the staff went out of their way to answer my questions and teach me how to use & care for my 1st contacts. I also purchased glasses & get compliments whenever I wear them. These were my first progressive lenses & I like them much better than bifocal lenses. Overall, everyone was friendly & quick to help. I would and have recommended this vision office to my family & friends.

I wish I could do NO STARS!!! The staff and customer service were horrible. This is my second Wal-mart vision center and my last. Wal-mart holds up to its name once again with terrible customer service and employees that just seem to hate their jobs. The doctor is a sham here and I don't understand how someone so incompetent can maintain a license.
