In 2006 we had 3 rooms of engineered hardwood floors installed. Their work was great. One year later another room with the same high quality hardwood floors. Present day, we have a wood floor repair, which they said they would help with, unfortunately the flooring is no longer available. I had to contact the factory to actually find they had some in inventory. Asked Cal Coast to order it, and they did. Now that I have it, they will not give me a scheduled time. I have been patiently trying to resolve this with Cal Coast Carpet for two months with no date in sight. Word of caution, Rob is focused on big jobs, and not customer service. This 1/2 day repair is not in his best interest and just wants the big stuff. Very disappointing. I spent over $8000. with them and now I am a nobody. Buyers beware of a business that does not have good customer service after the sale.

I had a new home that I was referred by my contractor to Cal Coast Carpet. I was thoroughly taken care of by the staff. The owner Rob took care of my job and was so accommodating and helpful. My tile and slabs in my kitchen turned out beautiful and my hardwood in the rest of my home looks perfect!

Great service, personnel very helpful, and a great variety of in stock products. They were helpful in the designing of my project. I am very happy with how everything turned out! Installers did a phenomenal job on my home. Would recommend them to anybody!
