Provided by YPmobileThe manager, think his name is Craig, is rude and has no clue on what he's doing. He had to get his associate to show him what to do. I thought a manager would be the one training the associates. Guess Radio Shack doesn't care about their image. As far as customer service you'd be better off going to the Walmart beside them. You'd get more help there!!!!!
