Provided by YP.comMy first time to Ocean City, NJ. Picked rental from Berger's website. Nice location, but not apparent on website..very old furnishings e.g., dirty sofa with broken spring, a non-functioning bedroom TV, and appliances very dated,, Washing machine was working when we left, but owner complained the washing machine which was broken, It was over 10 years old, and the owners had Berger hold our security deposit to make repairs on the washer that were due to wear and tear for an old washer that would get a lot of use.
Berger Realty supports the owner and NOT the rental party. Would NOT use Berger again!
