James does a great job of fixing issues with my lawn.

They are very knowledgeable. They have great customer service. I had been having about 4 -5 spiders and various other things that I would find every day. Now I will find maybe 1 - 2 a month. They are fantastic. Well worth every penny.

They are out of Ocala, so dont call them if you need anything. They wont make the trip.

Signed on with this company for lawn and shrub care and shrub trimming paid in full for 1 year. The employee (Emitt) signed me up and told me he would be the person who would take care of my lawn. I was so impressed with him that I recommended a few neighbors and friends who also signed-up. After the first treatment someone else showed-up. Emitt no longer worked there. After 3 cutting I was informed that they no-longer cut cut shrubs. I continued to use Regal after I received a call from the manager Edwin Rivera that Pat would now be servicing my property. My lawn and bushes look terrible and they say I either did not water enough or I water too much, it is never their fault. I had to treat my hedges myself because they were infested with insects. I cancelled the service and they never asked why or said they were sorry. I would not recommend them and I will encourage all my friends to cancel. They just don't care.
