Very friendly, answered all my question. Been there several times now and my experience has been nice. Docks look now and well maintained. Launch is wide with plenty of room for multiple boats coming in and out.

Horrible business and Marina. Made the mistake of renting a slip without inspecting the Marina first. Wow! What a dump. The docks are unsafe to walk on, and there is trash everywhere. When we moved out, the owner wouldn't return our deposit. He wont return our calls. Clearly an unethical business. Avoid at all cost.

We were driving around today looking for a covered slip. Some guy came out of boat that was docked out front and asked if he could help us. He was so rude! I couldn t believe this was someone representing themselves in a business that rents to prospective tenants. He acted as if he couldn t be bothered. I asked if he could take us and show us the slips. His reply, what do you want to see?...They're right there. I was so offended and turned off so I just said never mind. Obviously he was less than motivated to walk us anywhere on the grounds. This was not a place that I wanted to bring my business. It was clear to us by his combative attitude that he didn t want the business. Wow!

Nice location, but they are not very welcoming.
