Kim Hay who is the owner is deceiving, dishonest and steals. Kim Hay took advantage of my disabled brother. She along with her staff stole items from his home, often lied, when she took him out into the community, she forced him to pay for her meals and her staff would do the same. Kim also tried to steal money from him. The business address is also her home address and she claims she is a counselor and is not. KIM HAY is a complete FRAUD! STAY AWAY from KIM HAY and her so called business. Don't let your love one become a victim!

Kim Hay who is the owner, often lied, many times she did not show up to our home when she said she would, Kim anther staff would tell us she took our brother out into the community but never did, she and her staff stole items from our home, had my brother who is low income pay for her meals and her staff's meals and also began stealing money. Even though I reported her and filed complaints, she still is open for business. STAY AWAY!
