Through our 27 years of expertise in records management and understanding of our customers' unique document management needs, we improve office business process efficiency and compliance with state and federal regulations. Our Jump-to-Digital program combines our core services of document archiving, scanning, shredding, and electronic document management into a single powerful package that helps schools and municipalities reduce reliance on paper records and transition to a paperless work environment. Our Instant Access service provides a complete inventory of all files inside boxes stored with FileBank, allowing for rapid file retrieval and scan-on-demand service. We offer a number of shredding services to businesses such as doctor's offices, law firms, dental practices, architecture firms, clinics, and more. We also perform document shredding for schools and municipalities. Our services include one-time document purges, onsite shredding, and shred bins in your office for regularly scheduled pick up. ON-SITE SHREDDING: With this one-time service, FileBank's shred truck will come to your location to shred all your expired documents. We charge for the time it takes to complete the shredding and a flat transportation fee for recycling the destroyed records. REGULARLY SCHEDULED SHREDDING: FileBank provides secured consoles to be placed in your office and we come to shred the contents on a schedule of your choosing. The consoles are free and we charge per visit, no additional fees. We provide certificates of destruction for every shred job. Our shredding processes are ISO certified and NJRMS compliant.
