After years of athletic injuries and a debilitating back injury, I went on a healing journey in my 20s that included regular visits to a chiropractor.  I soon came to the realize that our experience of life is seriously impacted in every way when we we do not have our health.  I chose to leave a biotech career doing cancer research to pursue the practice of chiropractic and the path of empowering others to be fully responsible for their own health and well-being through natural means.  Bio-geometric Integration (bgiseminars.com) is an approach to the body I have studied for the last 9 years, incorporating breath and gentle adjustments to release distortions in the body structures created by tension patterns, allowing for ease and connection to our innate healing potential.  I also earned a pediatric and family wellness diplomate (180 class hours) with the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association (icpa4kids.org).  The ICPA also certified me in the Webster Technique which focuses on aligning the pelvis structures allowing for the safest birth experience for mom and baby.  It is a true joy to be a family wellness chiropractor and facilitate the positive changes I see in the health and lives of those who discover the benefits of chiropractic care.
