There's no better place to find absolutely everything. Low prices, great staff and it is an economic development project of apedf.org. I love this place.

Always some interesting stuff. When I moved and needed to replace quite a bit I shopped here, found some good deals, good help and the it helps my community.

One of a kind experience. A must visit, must donate, must volunteer, must get involved, must shop, must take social responsibility type of business. Powerful!

This is my #1 choice of where to buy furniture (even if I don't "need" it.) The selection is great and the prices are phenomenal and the people are outstanding.

I enjoy shopping at Uhuru. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable and the proceeds go to an excellent cause. Plus there is a wide variety of unique and charming used furniture. I recommend you shop Uhuru first!

I have bought many furniture items from Uhuru. A group of friends and I visits the store almost every Friday afternoon before going to dinner. The people are great, helpful, funny. It's always a pleasure whether we buy something or not.

Uhuru Furniture & Collectibles is one of a few places left where your can find outstanding well-made gently used furniture for a great price. I have purchased everything from French himoges chinz to pottery barn rugs for a song. The staff is wonderful and the cause even more wonderful. Be sure to buy a vegan blackberry pie at their annual pie drive. It will be a spiritual experience!

With today's economy, you owe it to yourself to see what Uhuru is all about, save lots of money, and help humanity.

Always new furniture coming in affordable price, not to mention for a good cause. I have often found just what I needed here!

Almost everytime I stop by Uhuru I find something interesting to buy. Sometimes staff people are too busy to help me right away. I bought a large stuffed chair and ottoman at a great price which I enjoy every day.

Once I bought a platform bed and I didn't check it out very carefully. It worked for about one year and then fell apart. But for the price it was still a bargain.

I especially like the way in which knowledgable workers in the store put their heads together and decide on prices.

I volunteered and had a great time. Great way to get out and help this super organization. Everyone is very cool and appreciative. Lots of unique furniture and collectibles.
