We were in the market of purchasing my new dream car. Never being a member of any credit union, we decided to give Provident a try to see what sort of auto loan rate we would qualify for. When I called, I spoke with Jacqueline Fejarang. She was polite friendly and helped us get a great rate for our auto loan . With my busy work schedule it was hard to communicate with the dealership, so she worked one on one with the salesperson to help make my purchase possible. She went above and beyond and displayed prefect customer service. I highly recommend her for any of your banking needs.
