Jennifer Ton is just amazing! My mom has been bugging me for two years to get our great grandfather's cracked vases replaced at the Park View Cemetery in Manteca. I finally contacted Jennifer to see if she can repair the vases, along with cleaning and repainting three other large headstones at the Chinese Cemetery in French Camp. In addition to all that... to have it all done before Chinese New Year! She was very honest with me about the short timeline... that the cleaning... depends on good weather, to dry enough for repainting the Chinese characters and English letters. She said she will try her best to have it all done by Ching Ming, which was a couple of weeks past Chinese New Year. She emailed me before and after photos of work she has done. We talked on the phone about details or any concerns that might arise. One was... she went to Park View Cemetery to find the lot of my great grandfather's grave site and was told by the cemetery office that they had no record of it. I had to verbally tell her about where the headstone was located. With the photo I sent her, she eventually found the headstone. To cut the story short... Jennifer amazed us by having everything finished in half the time she estimated! Thank You Jennifer and Lotus Memorial for such beautiful work and outstanding service!

I've worked with Jennifer twice and have been completely satisfied with her outstanding service. She made this very difficult process quite easy. On this most recent occasion, she even took the time to re-design the headstone as the original wasn't quite what I wanted. The final product turned quite nice and I am very happy with it. The first time I worked with her we had met at her office in Oakland. This recent time she met me at my home in Milpitas. Both headstones were installed at the Chinese Cemetery in French Camp. Each was completed within a couple of months time. Jennifer is efficient, caring, and conscientious. I would highly recommend hiring Jennifer and Lotus Memorial.
