The establishment itself is nice and clean, However there is an old man who works there. Hes always in a bad mood. Ive gone a lot of times to this Laundromat but this old man always makes my experience undesirable. Last i went was 6/9/13, my girlfriend politely asked him if he could open the restroom for her abnd he rudely said, "Ayi hay alguien! vaya aver para que le abran!" and turned around to continue his work.



On past experiences we came in long before the last wash time, and he approached us angry because he would have to stay longer. After I told him that we were simply following the store rules and that we came in long before the last wash period, he replied that he only got payed till a certain time and blah blah blah. I asked him for his bosses information to complain and he said he didnt know who the boss was, that someone came and paid him but would never speak to him.



I go to this location a few times a month, But now I will not go back until he is Reprimanded and a face to face apoligy has been accomplished.

There is very little information public about this location which makes it hard to speak with someone in charge.
