The building must be under new ownership because the name has changed, the management staff is so nice and helpful, and the building has been renovated. I have been living there for almost a year and I love to come home everyday. It is a safe, sanitary and an affordable place to live.

STAY AWAY!!! When I lived there, it was full of large rats, bed bugs, roaches, prostitutes, pimps, psych ward escapees, ex-cons, and at least 1 attempted murderer! The day I moved out, a resident got stabbed in the stomach, right in front of the entrance! In February 2014, a resident tried to set the building on fire! This dump is run by hard core slum lords, and at the time I moved in, it seemed like they just let ANYBODY live there! PLEASE, I BEG OF YOU... STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE!!
