The previous poster is much too generous by giving them one star. Tech help is non-existant & most of the info on their "support page" is out of date. They are only up to Thunderbird 1.0. All of the information I have looked for is either wrong or out of date or both.

"Scott" the support person is one of the the most if not the most arrogant & condescending support persons I have dealt with. If you sign up "caveat emptor", fore-warned is fore-armed.

I just found out that you must give them at least 1 star to rate them on this site. Otherwise I would not have given them any stars....

California.com service is constantly down, the spam is out of control (There's no way to filter the incoming spam) and there is NO tech-support. Or try searching their website for information - it's totally outdated.

My experience has been horrible!
