Destroyed my hair and tried to hide it. My hair had only been processed twice in the last 3 years and was completely healthy. My hair is a natural level 7 and she kept me under the heater with so much bleach that my hair was cut over 5 inches and is still falling out from being burnt so bad. My hair looked like zebra stripes all over when I got done with hard foil lines. She pulled my hair forward for a haircut and never took the time to even the cut. This was the owner of the salon. Completely rushes you out to have people in one at a time, every two hours. My hair is completely burnt and destroyed including cut/color/texture. Paid $170 for full-head of highlights and even tipped $40 because I'm a good person. Never will go back nor would want her to touch my hair again to attempt to fix it. I showed two pictures, lighter one said she cannot do so I asked to brighten what I already had and this is what I got. Told me its more hair than what it looks like on the floor and that I need to add extra conditioner to my hair. It cost me an additional $300 to get it fixed to just be presentable to leave my house again.
