Very disappointed! Went in because of a phone issue and was promised a new charging cable would be sent out to me on the 21st. Called a week past the 21st inquiring, because I have yet to receive my cable and was told the person who helped me forgot. I use my phone for work and this has cost me money and is unacceptable. Avoid Kalandrae like the plague. Zero stars!!!
