Awful, If I could give them zero stars, I would. Completely worthless. They lost my paperwork on the title and never gave my lender a fax number which ended up holding up my check for months. Getting hold of an adjuster or even their manager is like pulling the handle on a slot machine because they're always either "out of the office" or "on vacation". They make big promises and never deliver. I'm still waiting for my money from them, and when I get it I'm cancelling my policy and going somewhere else. I have never EVER had a worse experience with an insurance company.

We had 3 cars 2 were hit while we were sleeping during night by a victim of American Access. We submitted the claim and 30n days after that we still waiting for a good response. This company has poor very poor CS the employees answer with bas mood and attitude. ATTENTION: THIS CO, HAD BODY SHOPS WITH BAD REPUTATION MAKING JOB FOR LESS THAN A HALF OF THE VALUE OF THE WORK IF THEY PAY, IF NOT THEY TURN ON TO THE OWN INSURED. MORE,THEY ASKED US TO PAID FOR THE SALVEGE OF THE CAR! This co claim work for the Hispanic community. The non professional service made be aware of people with no driving record or hard to have insurance in other place.

Me and my husband had this company we had to get rid of American Access they have been slow on getting things done. We asked them if they could add a lien holder on our policy it took them 2 to 3 times to get that done after we complained to them. We asked for a copy of our policy they refused to give us one. I got into a minor fender bender and they said they would only offer about 200 dollars and couldn 't reccomend a body shop either. I felt I was driving under a company that wouldn't fully insure me.God forbid if I got into a major accident I would be up a creek without a paddle.They don't fullfill their claims. I before had infinity insurance company than switched from Infinity to American Access Infinity said I owed them money and was contacted by creditors. American Access said they'd take care of the creditors and they never ever did. American Access is a Joke. With 109 complaints by customers and A C- rating on the BBB website the only thing is they are cheap but you are not fully covered by this company I warn u Do not go with this company ever. We got rid of them. It's like we are paying customers of your company and you don't seem to fullly insure us, slow at processing things, and don't full fill claims or stick to their policies when it says your covered and your really not. This shouldn't even be a real insurance company or I don't think it is. Whoever has american access please get rid of them they are just not a good company and with rude representives or representives that don't know what they are doing. Get rid of this company do this before something major happens and you get really screwed on a claim or something.You'll be glad u did. Believe me we learned our lessons. They don't even deserve one star.

Horrible company! People should not buy insurance from this company. I think it is sold through brokers, selling insurance at low rates and for people who are hard to insure. I wouldn’t waste my money, to later find out that the policy was worthless. This company has a reputation for not paying claims. Read the other reviews at Yahoo! Local and City Search DOT Com.
