Terrible customer service and selection is old, same shoes at Finish line or Footlocker for 30% to 40% less. If management doesn't like you they will not wait on you at all and spread mom factual things about you. DO NOT TAKE YOUR WIFE, GIRLFRIEND, OR DAUGHTER IN THERE AS SHE WILL BE HIT ON. The management issue is from store manger all the way to district manager (Redecca and Don). This business should never be used by anyone and the only reason it survives in Oak Ridge is because there is no other sporting goods stores here, worth the drive to go top Knoxville. The only reason it got one star is because you have to.



This is the only Hibbet that is this way. Recently in Myrtle Beach I had a great experience in one of there stores, and the Halls store in Knoxville is great as well.



With this all being said I'm sure my character will be attacked in this thread and it will be untrue and the things I've posted are more than one person's opinion.
