Just got home from a VERY disappointing visit to Luo's. Came in on a Sunday afternoon to a nearly empty restaurant. (That should have tipped us off!) I ordered vegetarian eggrolls and the lunch size vegetable fried noodles. My daughter, not being very hungry, ordered a large egg drop soup. AFTER the order was in, I found out that the "lunch" menu was not available, dinners only. (This included soup and an egg roll.) I didn't get either, and when asking the manager to either give me the items to go or "take $2 off my bill" she refused. The food was bland, the restaurant itself shabby. I feel I was ripped off, and the restaurant management could care less. Take my advice go across the street to the vegetarian restaurant (which was packed!) or next door to the Thai place. DON'T eat at Luo's --- is a real looser of a restaurant!

The lady that answers the phone is very rude an I ordered bbq pork an got pork wit lettuce an brown gravy so I ask for my money bck an they wanted to send me a check. so be careful wen u order u may get what ever they want to give u.
