I was flying blind, being from out of town.. but was greeted on the phone by a cheerful, knowledgeable owner who is obviously enthused about what she does. I gave her the location and price range and she delivered an event-appropriate, quality bouquet. Amy didn't charge my cc until delivery had been completed. My sister later sent me a mobile pic of the product... I was very pleased and so was my sister, the recipient. Thanks, Amy!!
