This facility is nothing but false advertising! Yes, the building is well kept and that's about it! The building manager is such a bully the residents are afraid to come out of their apartments. There are no sturctured activities, only what the residents have pulled together themselves. There is a fireplace but it hasn't been used in at least 5 years. The residents are yelled at if they talk to loud in the community room which by the way they are not allowed to use because the manager say's they're messy. Alden is a large corporation. Get your act together and hire someone who is qualified to handle elderly people not a bully!
