Extremely unorganized group, when I first started they couldn't seem to keep track of my appointment. Later when I finally went with my wife I found the lady lacking, though maybe others in their team are better. However they recently sent a bill to collections on me, which is strange because the payment information was in my wifes name. Somehow they are billing just me and not her. Threats of sending me to collections make no sense. That aside we had everything set up for pay originally. They literally made us give them all her information for payments before we could even talk to her. Somehow they didn't charge us til 3 months later, and for whatever reason didn't charge the card we gave them. We only know because they sent us the threat of collections.



I called to talk to them about it, and I was very polite. They tried to convince me I was the one who set up the payment, when I told them no, they were rude. I didn't get angry till after this lady lied to me and mistreated me.
