Provided by YP.comHeard a lot about this place, good and bad, and rebuild of 18volt dewalt batteries.. Gave it a shot and got one rebuilt 08 21 2012.. Now I use this battery 2 - 3 times a year around the house. I've got other batteries that are older still workin and have switched to Rigid for work (lifetime warranty)..
Sooo.. using it today the battery pac starts burning/smoking on fire and melts a hole in the top.
I take it back in to see if any recourse can be had and am told warranty is 1 year,,, I know --- I'm over warranty. Counterman didn't even hesitate asking if I would like to buy another??? No Care what it was.. I asked again for another recourse.. NOPE..
Why would I buy another when this failed on light use??? And with an attitude of Oh Well...
You've lost me and I'll be tellin others..
