I normally don't like to write negative reviews, however, in some circumstances, I feel it's necessary to warn potential customers of Pools and Beyond/Turf Guys.



We purchased a new home and had a sprinkler system installed approx 4 years ago. The lot next to us was recently purchased and it was brought to our attention that one of our sprinklers was a foot or so into our neighbors yard despite giving them our plot plans.



I called the company to let them know, hoping they would fix their error, and was told that they would "look at it" when they came to turn my sprinkler on. I told them that I had already had the system activated by another company (whose price was 30% less), and they said that voided my contract warranty.



Essentially, they won't own up to the fact that their employees made a mistake. I thought the point of hiring professionals to do work ensured a certain level of professionalism and expertise, but I guess I was wrong.



If you are interested in getting work done by this company, I would do your research. This company charges more for their installation, activation, and winterization of sprinkler systems and customer service doesn't really exist.



We are paying another local company to right their wrong and giving them what would have been repeat business for Turf Guys.
