Barnes & Noble is known for large, upscale retail outlets, many of which contain a caf serving Starbucks Coffee. Barnes & Noble s stores average 25,000 square feet and carry up to 200,000 titles, as well as feature lounge chairs and reading tables. The company also owns Sterling Publishing, which annually publishes and distributes more than 1,100 new titles. Barnes & Noble maintains several locations in Baltimore.

Provided by YP.comCustomer Service at the White Marsh Barnes & Noble is terrible. I will never shop there again! Instead of helping me, the cashiers tried to humiliate me in front of other customers. I will buy from Amazon.com from now on and tell everyone I know to stop shopping at this location.,
