There service is horrible and table manners are non existent. They had a small event hall which we decided to use for a small event and after multiple discussions and assurances when they day came to prepare they were rude, they wouldn't move the furniture, they said insulting things about woman (as there were girls putting up decorations) and said we don't want to be communicating with them and will talk only to a guy.

And to top it all after we reconfirmed with them the number of guests one week prior to the event they refuse to give us more than 2 bottles of 2 liter soda

This is my first review ever but I am forced to give one just to make sure you do not fall into the trap.If you are doing a party in their banquet hall, note that even though they say it's buffet and charge you per person but actually they give you half person food and ask for extra charges for refil mentioning that your guest liked the food and ate more ����. On top, service was very very bad. No body was there to see if we are short of any food or water. Ac did not work, again they said it's not working since I have lot of guests. The person named Madhu who handles all the order was very rude and unprofessional. Watch out for number of guest as they will add that too and said that extra people might have turned up without my knowledge as if I gave advertisement in paper for my party. Overall I had very bad experience, even though one of my colleague told me the same scenario, I ignored and gave them a chance. So do party in paradise biryani pointe(Norwood, MA) at your own risk.
