I work in the service industry and their customer service is impeccable. When I purchased a vehicle, I called them and they took care of everything. I mean,.. they called the dealership to get the info and the VIN and faxed me the insurance card within the hour. Also, since it was an additional vehicle they made sure to ask if I still needed the rental coverage on the other vehicles sincce we now had a spare (so to speak). What a wonderful feeling to have someone on your side for once, and so helpful and prompt!
