I AM VERY HAPPY WITH DONNERS P...

The pictures came out nicely, and my son was quite happy. Photographers were very professional and friendly.

Donner's Photographic took pictures of my son in the school he attends, One of the things that i didn't get was that you had to pay for the pictures before seening them, second the picture of my son came out horrible he has a very poor smile. I thought about having him take retake the picture but when i looked at the note it said, final decision on retakes is at the photographers discretion. what is for me a poor smile, for Donner it's a good smile. I will never again order pictures from Donner's Photographic! And for the record i had to give it a star in order for my review could go through but really i give it NO STAR!

With our elementary portraits, we do accept prepayment before photo day so the process can run smoothly for all parties involved. We understand that sometimes customers are unsatisfied with the photo, which they have already paid for. This is why we offer a retake day, which is free of charge to the parent/guardian.
