for the second time in as many years they posted a "collection" that had been resolved already by the Corporate Office of the alleged Creditor.

This time I was buying a car and did not qualify for the 0% APR that most people are getting because they had posted the mark without informing me as required by law, and when I was taking deliverey of the vehicle I had to pay 12.9% rather than the 0% because their entry made me go just below the necessary score, the first time they messed me up I was trying to get an equity loan that no one would touch thanks to them. Don't think that because you are "in collection" it is necessarily correct....always verify.



Does anybody have experience suing this people??please let me know your experience!

Unfair interest rates. more than 1/4 of griginal balance when most charge 8 %. Terms and conditions unfair. They state all blame and legal action is only on thier side. Leaching off the unfortunate.
