Everyone in my family saw Dr. Grant for years. Every time I came in, she made run of the mill small talk with me but never bothered to really make a personal connection. I came in for a cleaning at age 24 and she asked me when I would be graduating from high school... I said well I graduated college a couple years ago lol. Also about half of my appointments there I saw a different dentist because she was always on a different vacation. Not only that, but she once told me my tooth required a root canal and referred me to an endodontist. I went to him and he said, “I don’t know why you were sent here, that tooth looks fine” My tooth pain ended up being a quick fix that didn’t require any drilling, and I almost had to go through a root canal for nothing?? And pay an out of network copay?? Just annoying, and that’s when I switched dentists.

very personable and made me feel comfortable

Everyone there made me feel very comfortable considering i absolutely hate going to the Dentist. i felt comfortable and plan on not only continually using Norwalk dentistry but my family also.
