NO USEN ESTE SERVICIO, son unos ladrones, yo mande una caja y me salieron con el cuento que se habia perdido , que el camion habia sigo asaltado. Voy hacer todo lo posible para que investiguen esta compania fraudelenta.

Don't ever use this place. They not only have horrible customer service they also have the worst insurance policy. My Mother send a package to Colombia and they send it to the wrong place not because of the address on the box but because their address on the paperwork. She try contacting them but everytime she was asked to call back later or Gloria would call back, after one week of getting the same answer and since Gloria I guess the Manager there never actual return the call Sergio then said that they would allow us to send a package of ten pounds at no charge? What kind of insurance policy is that? Well You have being warn!
