Based upon the mix of contractors buying doors and individuals, you know that this is the place. Interior and exterior door options from inexpensive to luxury, all at very fair prices.

Provided by YP.comI ordered 4 doors from AAW Doors, Inc., AKA Urban Doors. The main front door, the Cordova, took 14 weeks and then cracked and split after only 5 days. It was obviously not Kiln dried like they claim of all their doors. They have refused to replace the one bad door. So we are now in litigation and I have found several other people who have had problems with them standing by their products. Had I known of their poor reputation before, I would never have purchased their pricey doors.

Provided by YP.comthese guys are the most unprofessional vendor you could ever find. Overcharged me by well over 100. then made it my fault. Hung up and refused to give me the refund. have dispute the charge with credit card company. would suggest their are better options unless you enjoy be ripped off. Would rate them a zero. They won't be in business long so probabley nothing to worry about. Just don't waste your time.
We contacted the above customer to discuss what we believed was an overcharge of about $100 that was noticed after customer had already left and paid. This was a discrepancy detected by one of our employees and we made it a point to contact customer to inform him he was due a refund/credit of the difference in pricing. We asked the customer to please return to the store with his credit card (which was the form of payment used to pay for his purchase) so we can apply the difference back to his credit card. Customer was insistent that we issue a refund check. Unfortunately, it is store policy that credits/refunds are issued using the same form of payment of original purchase. Because the customer used a credit card to make payment, refund needed to be issued to his credit card. We are honest business people and informed the customer of the discrepancy as soon as we realized of the overcharge. Unfortunately, the customer refused to work with our policies. Urban Doors Company is committed to quality and service and we intend to be in business for many years to come.
